‘Tis the season to curl up in a blanket, sit by the fire, and sip on a glass of eggnog — with a twist. Follow this recipe to create a Coquito Coconut Eggnog that’ll keep you and your guests in the holiday spirit all season long.

Here’s what you need to get started:

  • 2 cans (12oz each) GOYA® Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can (15oz) GOYA® Cream of Coconut
  • 1 can (13.5oz) GOYA® Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup White Rum or Gold Rum (for a richer color)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon

In bowl or blender, add evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend on high until mixture is well combined, 1-2 min.

Pour coconut mixture into glass bottles; cover. Transfer to refrigerator. Chill until cold. To serve, stir or shake bottle well to combine. Pour coquito into small serving glasses. Garnish with ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks if desired.

And before you know it, you’ll have the perfect cocktail for winter made with the season’s favorite ingredients: coconut, cinnamon, and (of course), rum
