For Home DeliveryStep 1: Shop OnlineShop our site and add your selections to your cart. On the “Ready to checkout” screen, select “Local Delivery”, choose a delivery date and time, and place your order. You’ll receive an email or text when your order has been received.Step 2: Wait for Your DeliveryAllow up to a 2 hour window for all deliveries. Please be home during your delivery window, have a valid photo ID stating that you are over 21, and have your order number ready.Roger Wilco is not allowed by state law to leave your delivery outside your home, office, or any other location other than the delivery address. If you are not home when we try to deliver your order, we will contact you with the email or phone number you provided to reschedule your delivery.Out of Stock ProductsDue to the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee that all of the items you have ordered will be in stock at the time of pickup or delivery. We will try to accommodate any substitutions or exchanges where applicable. If items are not available, they will be removed from your order, and a notification will be sent informing you of the out of stock item. Refunds will be issued accordingly.
